New webshop

What happens to the old webshop?

This will be replaced by the new webshop by the end of 2020 at the latest.

Is it necessary to re-register in the new webshop?

Registration is not necessary: All customers can log in with their existing login.

My login no longer works, what should I do?

You can use the forgotten password function. If you still get stuck, our administrator will help you: admin@metal-badge.ch.

Are there any new legal regulations?

No, our existing terms and conditions and data protection regulations still apply.

Missing item, item description or malfunction?

Please send a short email to our shop administrator: admin@metal-badge.ch. Describe the error as precisely as possible in your email (DE, EN, FR) and preferably add a screenshot. We thank you and would be happy to help you.

I placed an incorrect order, what can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible by email or live support.

Shipping information

What shipping methods are available?

Metal Badge sends the order by Swiss Post and their partners overseas. From an order value of CHF 900.00, there are no shipping costs for post deliveries within Switzerland. A lump sum of minimum CHF 11.− is charged for shipping within Switzerland. Deliveries outside of Switzerland are charged with a minimum of CHF 24. The shipping costs outside of Switzerland are weight-dependent and are calculated and displayed during order processing.

Please note that customers outside Switzerland may still have to pay customs duties and/or value added tax.

How long will it take to get my delivery?

The ordered products are shipped within the countries listed in the webshop. The delivery time for shipments within Switzerland is usually 14 days, outside of Switzerland 3 to 5 weeks. All delivery times are guide values and therefore not binding.

Why do I not receive an order & shipping notification from metal-badge.ch?

Check in your e-mail account folders like “advertising”, spam or junk e-mail. With many e-mail providers, you can move the message to the inbox once or add the sender’s e-mail address to a “safe mailing list” to ensure that future e-mails end up in the correct folder.

Payment information

Which payment methods are accepted?

  • Cash: You buy the desired item in our showroom.
  • Prepayment: You pay the amount to our bank account. Please note that the goods will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.
  • PostFinance e-finance: You pay for the goods with your PostFinance e-finance account.
  • PostFinance Card: You pay for the goods with your PostFinance Card.
  • PayPal: You pay for the goods with your PayPal account.
  • Invoice: This method of payment is reserved exclusively for public authorities and offices. The invoice will be sent with the ordered goods.
  • Diners Club: You pay for the goods with your Diners Club credit card.
  • Visa: You pay for the goods with your VISA credit card.
  • MasterCard: You pay for the goods with your MasterCard. Please note: Your credit card will be charged even if the goods are not yet available at the time of ordering. In case of cancellation, we will transfer the amount back to your credit card or record the amount as a credit note.
  • TWINT: This payment method is reserved for our Swiss customers. The TWINT app is required for payment.

Can I pay by invoice?

Payment by invoice is reserved exclusively for public authorities and offices.

Which currency can I use for payment?

Metal Badge is located in Switzerland and therefore all our prices are quoted in Swiss Francs and Euro. The prices in Euro are calculated using the current exchange rate of the European Central Bank (ECB). Our shop’s exchange rate is updated daily.

Orders and returns

How can I place an order?

Go to checkout (shopping cart icon), change the billing details if necessary and complete the order by selecting your preferred payment method and accepting the terms and conditions.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you also have the option of ordering as a guest. However, if you are not placing a one-off order, we recommend that you create an account with metal-badge.ch.

How does the wish list work?

In the wish list, you can save your favourite products to buy them at a later date. The wish list can be shared on social media.

Does metal-badge.ch also deliver abroad?

We also deliver abroad. Please note the graduated postage costs for shipments abroad, as well as any customs and/or VAT charges.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us immediately by email info@metal-badge.ch and let us know your order number and the item number.

How can I return a product?

You can return the product within 10 days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, provided that the purchased item is returned to Metal Badge in perfect condition in its original packaging.
