Delivery, Shipping and Payment information

Metal Badge charges a blanket amount of at least CHF 11.- for shipment within Switzerland. Deliveries outside of Switzerland will be charged at least CHF 24.- 

Please note that for customers outside Switzerland there may be customs and/or VAT charges.

Ordered products will be shipped within the countries which are listed in the webshop. The time of delivery for domestic shipments is normally 14 days, outside of Switzerland from 3 up to 5 weeks. All statements regarding delivery periods are standard values and thus not binding.

Within Switzerland

Versand und Bestellung innerhalb der Schweiz kann gegen Vorauszahlung und bei amtlichen Stellen oder Behörden gegen Rechnung erfolgen. Metal Badge kann jederzeit ohne Angaben von Gründen auf eine Vorauszahlung bestehen.
