The vest is manufactured in nylon, 420 GSM polyester mesh water repellent PU coating, which was processed in the mesh technology. The robust design and the material used makes the vest extremely resistant and stable. Despite its sturdy structure, the vest is highly breathable and therefore comfortable to wear, even after long periods of use. The insert vest is adjustable in its circumference by means of Velcro and straps and can therefore be adapted to your needs. On the front, the vest is closed with a zip and two adjustable straps with quick-release fasteners.
On the front, chest left is a Velcro, there is a velcro attached for lettering. The Velcro lettering on the front 12.5 cm x 4 cm and on the back 24 cm x 10 are included in the product contents. The Velcro’s are plasticised and reflective, and can be easily removed or attached. A comfortable carrying handle made of sturdy nylon is attached on the upper inner at the back. On the inner of the back there is a large mesh pocket with plenty of storage space for gloves, rain jacket, etc. Two all-round reflective safety strips according to EN Norm 471 are sewn in to the vest. Thus the wearer can be recognised even in the dark.
The vest is equipped at the bottom with 4 nylon loops 2 at the front and 2 at the back for attaching to the belt. These can be adjusted as desired in size with a Velcro fastener. The vest can be opened at the side as well as at the top of the shoulder area with Velcro fastener and straps, making it even easier to adjust to the wearer.
