Description
These versatile gel compresses are suitable for both cold and hot applications and should not be missing from any medicine cabinet. Cold treatment with the cold pack helps to relieve pain from sprains, bruises, toothache and headache. Heat therapy with the heat compresses stimulates circulation and relieves tension and helps with menstrual, abdominal and back pain. Thanks to the tight seal, the ice gel pack are protected against leakage. The heat pad can be heated in the microwave for up to 1 minute. This makes the heat pack reusable. Then place it on the affected area of the body, not directly on the skin. Leave the heat pack on the painful part of the body for about 20 minutes. The pack can also be heated in hot water at max. 80° for approx. 2 to 3 minutes.

Instructions for use
- For cold application: Place in the refrigerator or freezer (down to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use
- For warm application: Heat for 2.5 minutes in a water bath (max. 80 °C) or in the microwave (800 W) for 1.5 minutes before use
- Wrap in a thin cloth before use to avoid burns
- Use on children only under adult supervision
- Do not use compresses for longer than 20 minutes
- Never use a damaged compress
